Prior to being called to the Bar in 2018, Troy worked for 18 years in both public sector and private sector industrial relations appearing in the Queensland Industrial Relations Commission and the Fair Work Commission.
Troy is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds a Diploma in Superannuation. Troy was the inaugural Chair of the Australian Super Queensland Advisory Board, established in 2014.
